- One-time fee of $100 when the client is retained or,

How it Works:
- Identify potential clients who need property management services.
- Let them know about Realty Today Inc. Property Management Team and offer a referral.
- Contact Realty Today Inc. Property Management Team at Referrals@RealtyTodayInc.com.
- Complete a client referral form that will be sent to you by our team.
- Sign a non-compete agreement for the specific property to protect your listing rights when it comes time to sell the property.
- Realty Today Inc. will handle all onboarding and marketing of the property.
- Choose your preferred referral fee option.
- Referral checks are mailed to your brokerage.
- When the client wants to sell, you will be contacted for the listing opportunity.
